Refund policy

Our campaigns are custom services, so refunds work a little differently than at a typical store.

Campaigns

You can cancel a campaign for a full refund at any time before it starts. Once your campaign is underway it cannot be cancelled, and refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a campaign does not perform as described on its product page, email us — we will look at exactly what happened and work with you to make it right.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is defective or will not open, contact us and we will replace it.

Merchandise

Chart plaques are made to order and are non-refundable. If yours arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

Email info@flossytheboss.com with your order number. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we resolve almost every issue directly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
