- Payment information: handled by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments). We never see or store your full card number.
- Order information: what you bought, when, and the status of your campaign or order.
- Automatic information: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site.
How we use it
- To process your order and run your campaign, including sharing your track or video links with the playlists, platforms, and creators involved in delivering it.
- To send order confirmations, campaign updates, and support replies.
- To send marketing emails or texts if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
- To prevent fraud, secure the site, and comply with the law.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with

We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — Shopify (which hosts our store), payment processors, email and text-messaging tools, shipping carriers for physical products, and analytics providers — and with the platforms and creators involved in delivering your campaign, to the extent needed to run it.
